The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating tax strategy, compliance, and planning services for our diverse client base, including high-net worth individuals and corporations.

Responsibilities:
1.
Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
2.
Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to identify and implement tax planning strategies for clients.
3.
Assist with state and local tax (SALT) compliance, including preparation of returns and audit support.
4.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective tax planning strategies for high-net worth individuals and corporate clients.
5.
Provide guidance and support to junior staff, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
6.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current tax practices and changes in tax law.
7.
Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support for clients.
8.
Offer exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA certification is required.
2.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm, with a focus on tax.
3.
Proven expertise in tax preparation, tax accounting, and tax research.
4.
Strong knowledge of corporate tax and state and local tax (SALT).
5.
Experience managing tax strategies for high-net worth individuals.
6.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
7.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to clients.
8.
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
10.
